At PUBLIC Bikes, we want you to love your ride. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and assembly tools are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
